Inside a former typography, history is the protagonist: the recovery left the post-industrial bolted structure with the typical metal beams and the now bleached wooden floor visible.

The show-living area, overlooking the courtyard/garden, features furnishings including pieces by Achille Castiglioni, Fornasetti, Minotti, Artemide and furnishings from the 50s and 70s, as well as works of art by Martino Gamper, Giampaolo Barbieri and Ann Lislegaard : a continuous change of furnishings and objects, capable of transforming the space into a house loft, showroom and location. The entrance on a lower level than the main room houses two important metal bookcases and acts as an antechamber to the large living space, a secret room and the toilet.
